A TEENAGER who says she was raped at County Hall in Worcester was asked if she was 'making it up' and had 'enjoyed' a threesome.

The girl was cross-examined at the trial of Bradley Tout, Kulin Odedra and Kaasim Multani at Worcester Crown Court yesterday. Tout, 20, of Durham Road, Ronkswood, Worcester, Odedra, 28, of Canterbury Road, Ronkswood and Multani, 20, of Westminster Road, Ronkswood, deny paying for the sexual services of a child after giving her alcohol, cannabis, soft drink and food on December 27, 2016. Odedra denies two counts of rape, one of attempted rape, one of assault by penetration and one of attempting to sexually exploit a child. Tout denies a single count of rape.

Abigail Nixon, for Tout, said sex between the complainant and her client was 'not unusual'. She asked why the witness had not got out of the car or texted her mum, sister or friend, asking for help. The witness, 16 at the time, said she felt 'scared' and it had been dark and she had not known where she was. She admitted she took her own clothes off but told the jury: "It was obvious I didn't want to do anything."

Miss Nixon said: "If you had been through such a terrible ordeal at County Hall on December 27 why would you be the one suggesting going to County Hall for a cuddle on the back seat of the car?"

The witness said it was the only place Tout could take her because of his bail conditions. Miss Nixon said: "Why suggest it - to go to the same place as where this terrible thing had happened to you, in the same car, in the same back seat as you say that you had been raped by Bradley and Kulin Odedra, unless of course you were a willing participant?" The witness replied: "No I wasn't."

Pamela Brain, for Odedra, suggested her client had made no mention of alcohol in the bottle of coke and that there was no alcohol in it. She suggested that the girl had also been touching Odedra and encouraging him. The witness said: "I did not touch him once. I can't believe you even said that. That's disgusting."

The trial continues.
