TRAINS between St albansAbbey and Watford Junction,seriously disrupted by power problems since Sunday afternoon, may start running again within the next few minutes.
A spokesman for operator First Capital Connecttold the Review that it was hoped that a revised timetable would be operated from about 10am.
Although the branch is not electrified, engineers have been forced to close all four lines of the main route to Euston, while they fix a problem that first arose on Sunday afternoon.
With no platforms clear at Watford Junction, there were no Abbey Flyer trains either yesterday morning or this morning, with commuters forced to find other ways of getting to work.
