A LOCAL author visited a St Albans school on Friday to tell the tale of his new novel.
Harpenden resident Jonathan Stroud has this month published a new book in more than two years.
Heroes of the Valley is a story which explores between fantasy and fiction, which was told to students at Loreto College in Hatfield Road.
The plot has been described as action-packed using a range of characters to tell the story of fatherhood and role models.
Jonathan is the best-selling author of the Bartimaeus trilogy which has sold more than four million copies, with a major movie in production by Miramax.
