A BRICKET Wood care home has been praised for the “excellent” quality of care provided for its residents.
Tenterden House Nursing Home in Lye Lane was recently visited by inspectors from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who looked into many areas including health and personal care, daily life, environment, staffing and management.
The watchdog commented on how well the services were managed and the high track record of nursing home's performance, resulting in the excellent rating.
Heather Constance, Bupa care home manager, said: “Everyone is delighted with this result. We all do our best day in and day out to ensure that our residents are happy and that we respect their individuality. I want to thank all my hard working staff whose dedication and commitment has been recognised.”
