St Albans libraries to loan out free electricity monitors

LIBRARIES across the district will be loaning out electricity monitors for residents to keep an eye on their usage at home.
The initiative has been organised by St Albans District Council to offer the free three-week loan of the devices in a bid to make residents more aware of the amount of CO2 emissions they are producing.
