A ST ALBANS 15-year-old raised more than £1,000 for the hospital which saved his life by running round Arsenal's Emirates Stadium on Saturday.
Elliott Gibbons, of Marshalswick Lane, was chosen to spearhead his favourite football team's charity fun run for Great Ormond Street Hospital, where he had critical heart surgery at the age of two-and-a-half.
Joined by Harry Potter star Tom Felton, team mascot Gunnersaurus and other fans, he ran ten times round the stadium - a distance of 6.4 kilometres - in 46 minutes.
