INVENTORS and entrepreneurs from across the country are once again being given a chance to sell their ideas, and themselves, in the Dragons’ Den.
The BBC is currently searching for people and businesses seeking investment and will be auditioning throughout the coming months.
Last series, 15 entrepreneurs managed to convince the Dragons to invest in ideas including a cable wiring device, a unique range of aviation prototypes and a new food networking website.
The rules are simple - entrepreneurs ask for a cash investment in return for equity in their business and must get at least the amount they ask for or they will walk away with nothing.
In the past seven series, ideas which are unique, have a clear route to market, are mutually beneficial to the entrepreneur and investor, and have a clear exit strategy, stand a good chance of securing the Dragons’ interest.
