A 25-year-old entrepreneur from St Albans will be the sole UK speaker at a global congress for spiritual leaders in Switzerland.

Award-winning media professional Simon Cohen of Richard Stagg Close will be the youngest speaker by several years among internationally renowned academics, peace activists, politicians and religious leaders at the World Spirit Forum in Arosa this week.

Mr Cohen, who has won awards for his work promoting interfaith relations, will be presenting the discussions "Media: Peacemakers or Firemakers" and "Youth: the future is yours."

The young activist has set up a company Tolerance Limited, a media, events and training company which aims to improve inter-faith relations and raise understanding and tolerance of religion.

He was voted one of the top young media professionals in Britain by Mediaweek magazine two years running.

Mr Cohen will be joined by the likes of UN Peace Prize winner Bibi Russell, world famous entrepreneur Walter De Brouwer and UN adviser Audrey Kitagawa at the forum which runs alongside the World Economic Forum.
