Of course if you want an alternative dark comedy, there is one playing close by on Tuesday 7th December in the council chamber – the cabinet meeting, led by the councils own Captain Hook. There will be plenty of ham acting, playing to the audience; the story line is strange but true.
I’m thinking of suggesting that the council commission the well known Irish playwright Bills Breakyou to write “Westminster Bodge and Bricket Woes, a comedy of errors”? All proceeds going to those requiring affordable homes, which should have been the main part of the council’s commercial redevelopment of Ridgeview, but appears not to be the case.
