Most schools across the city have managed to keep their doors open today despite the snow.
Teachers are asking parents to wrap their children up warm, and to take extra care when dropping off.
However pupils at Windermere and Aboyne Lodge Primary will have another day to play in the snow after the schools were forced to close this morning due to a lack of central heating.
Bernard Heath Junior and Fleetwille will open as usual today, but staff are urging parents to drive carefully.
Many schools opened an hour later than usual at 10am to allow time for parents to tackle to tricky road conditions.
