Waste collections back on track

Rubbish collections around St Albans are back on schedule following disruptions due to the snow.
Nine locations were inaccessible during the freezing temperatures at the beginning of the week as the roads were unsafe.
Waste collection crews have since returned to the missed locations to complete collections.
