Students from school in St Albans had the chance to grill an MP during a visit to the House of Parliament.
The political society at St Columba’s College met with former pupil Conor Burns, the member of parliament for Bournemouth, during a visit on Friday, February 7.
After a talk from the MP about his history in politics, students had the chance to ask questions on current issues.
Mr McKenzie, head of politics at the schools, said: “These kind of experiences really capture the students’ imagination.
“Conor was an excellent host and responded honestly to the boys’ questions, which they all respected and appreciated immensely.”
