New work programmes providing skills training for the unemployed or people facing redundancy in Hertfordshire will be starting next month.
The scheme, run by The Consultancy Home Counties, will be offering two work programmes from April across the county.
One programme will be aiming to get people back into work through training and support.
The other will give employees facing redundancy advice and re-training opportunities to help them prepare for a new job.
The Consultancy Home Counties was chosen by the Skills Funding Agency to run the programmes and aims to help 13,000 people back into work across Hertfordshire and the East of England.
