FIREFIGHTERS came to the rescue of a driver who got their car stuck in a flood in Harpenden this afternoon.
A crew from Harpenden fire station was called to Grove Road, at its junction with Pipers Lane, just before 2.30pm.
They helped to move the car out of the flood water.
