A CHARITY in St Albans will celebrate its ten year anniversary this weekend.
Members of the community are invited to mark the event at Emmaus on Saturday, June 16, between noon and 5pm.
The charity, based in Hill End Lane, gives former homeless men the chance to turn their lives around by working at the onsite furniture shop.
Old items of donated furniture are reconditioned and re-sold.
The event, which will be opened by the charity's president Terry Waite, will include live music, a barbecue and children's activities.
