A care company in Sandridge who provides care for elderly people in their homes is set to create 100 new jobs this year.

Home Instead Senior care in High Street, is on the hunt for over 100 new members of staff to join their team to provide care across areas including St.Albans, Harpenden, Wheathampstead, Redbourn, Chiswell Green, Radlett and Abbots Langley.

Fiona Harrall, owner, said: “With an ageing population, caring for the elderly is a very important issue and we have found many people are pleased to learn that we offer a realistic ‘stay at home’ option.

“We are very grateful for the ongoing support we have had from the local community and are pleased to say that as demand for our services continues to rise, we are actively looking to recruit around 100 new caregivers.”

“We need people who want a rewarding and flexible career delivering care to people in their own homes.

“Although our existing caregivers come from a varied background, the one thing they have in common is that they all have a real passion for helping others and caring for people in our local community.

“We provide all the necessary training and are a friendly, supportive team so professional experience is not essential.
“Whether you are 19 or 99, if you are a caring and compassionate person and would like to find out more, then we would like to hear from you.”
