Stephen Gary Nicholese Cohen, 18, of Vale Close, Harpenden. On October 17, 2012, failed to attend offender substance abuse programme requirement of community order made on May 31, 2012; also, similarly, on October 18, 2012. Community order varied with additional activity requirement. Costs: £87.

Stefan Michael Jakeman, 22, of Woollam Crescent, St Albans. On October 4, 2012, used threatening, abusive or insulting words. Fine, costs: £146.

Anne Mary Mountford, 42, of East Waverley Road, St Albans. On September 13, 2012, damaged a door belonging to Aldwyck Housing Group; also, on same date, assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty; also, on same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words which were racially aggravated; also, similarly, to a second person. Compensation: £150.
Also: on September 12, 2012, failed to attend mental health treatment requirement of community order made on August 9, 2012. Community order varied with additional activity requirement.

Louis Martin Cave, 23, of High Street, London Colney. On August 18, 2012, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour which was racially aggravated. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,035.
