Ammarah Hussain, 33, of Green Oak House, Shenley Lane, London Colney. Application to reopen a case following conviction for speeding. Resentenced for original offence; on March 18, 2012, drove in Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, in excess of the 40mph speed limit. Fine, costs: £160. Three penalty points.
