- Milton Adebisi Akanmu, 49, of Hilldyke Road, Wheathampstead. On December 30, 2013, stole clothing, shoes and accessories worth £343.02 from M&S, St Albans; also, on January 30, 2014, stole items of clothing, of unknown value, from M&S, St Albans; also, on December 30, 2013, stole perfume from Boots, St Albans. Community order made with unpaid work requirement. Costs: £145.
- Joynur Rahman, 21, of Tillage Close, Tyttenhanger, St Albans. On October 6, 2013, drove in Morrisons car park, Hatfield Road, St Albans, while banned. Also, on same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £395. Banned from driving for 12 months.
- Shahnur Rahman, 20, of Tillage Close, Tyttenhanger, St Albans. On October 6, 2013, wilfully obstructed a police officer in the execution of his duty; also, on same date, permitted another to use a vehicle when there was no insurance covering such use. Fine, costs: £288. Six penalty points.
- Gary Jakeman, 24, of Bardwell Court, St Albans. On November 25, 2013, at Letchworth station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £342.50.
