- Daniel Frame, 33, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans. On March 15, 2014, stole computer games worth £225 from Tesco, Watford. Committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 months. Costs: £80.
- David Mark Banham, 50, of Tavistock Close, St Albans. On February 1, 2014, intentionally exposed your genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 24 months. Order includes prohibited activity and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £415.
- Luke John Fagence, 34, of Mayflower Road, Park Street. On December 7, 2013, failed to provide specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation as to whether had committed an offence. Fine, costs: £393. Banned from driving for 14 months, to be reduced by 14 weeks if approved course undertaken.
- Kieran James Wylde, 19, of Alexander Road, London Colney. On March 4, 2014, stole chocolates worth £5.94, from Tesco, London Colney. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £100.
- Ahtsham Ahmed, 21, of Cell Barnes Lane, St Albans. On December 19, 2013, having failed to pay fare, gave a false address to a railway company officer. Fine, compensation, costs: £148.
- Ngozi Okoye, 50, of Longfield Road, Harpenden. On November 29, 2013, at Hatfield, entered a train without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £344.80.
