  • Andrew Fraser Jackson, 47, of The Common, Kinsbourne Green, Harpenden. On May 31, 2013, drove in The Common, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 70 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35; also, on same date, drove without a valid licence. Also, on same date, assaulted a police officer in the execution of his duty. Fine, compensation, costs: £1,755. Banned from driving for 20 months, to be reduced by 20 weeks if approved course undertaken.
  • Christopher Shaw, 58, of Harps Hill, Markyate. On November 5, 2013, was a person in whose name a vehicle was registered which did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act. Fine, costs: £265.
