Ritchy Mark Folds, 29, of Saxon Road, Wheathampstead. On June 21 and 22, 2014, damaged a back door panel and several electrical items belonging to another. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £600.

Karen Anne Dunne, 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge. On December 29, 2013, stole alcohol from How Wood Co-op. Also, on February 4, 2014, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods. Committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months. Order includes activity and supervision requirements. Compensation, costs: £191.

Susan Victoria Easter, 57, of Holcroft Road, Batford, Harpenden. Between July 25, 2011, and March 3, 2013, dishonestly failed to promptly notify local authority of a change of circumstances which affected entitlement to housing and Council  Tax benefits, namely full and accurate details of savings; also, between July 20, 2011, and March 14, 2013, dishonestly failed to promptly notify DWP of same change of circumstances which affected entitlement to income support. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs: £165.

Anthony Barber, 33, of Parkway Court, Drakes Drive, St Albans. On January 3, 2014, drove in St Vincent Drive, St Albans, while not wearing an adult seat belt. Fine, costs: £80.

Peter James Bell, 48, of Maple Avenue, St Albans. Application to reopen a case following conviction for failing to reveal identity of driver, and driving without valid licence. Offences set aside.
