Spate Of Burglaries In South Hatfield

Seven burglaries, within a 14 day period leading to March 7th, have been reported to police. Four homes in Millwards, two in Garden Avenue and one in Cheviots have suffered break-ins. Among the items stolen were four laptops, two digital cameras. Three of the homes were enterered by front doors being forced open, Police are stressing the importance of making your property secure and to be aware of simple crime prevention deterrents, such as double locking UPVC doors.
