Residents in St Albans are invited to think about their emotional wellbeing at a taster session next week.
The St Albans District Health and Wellbeing Partnership is running a free event on Wednesday, May 15 offering a range of information and taster sessions from local experts.
As part of events for National Mental Health Awareness Week, the drop-in event will hold free taster sessions held on a range of therapeutic techniques which aim to tackle common mental health issues such as depression and anxiety.
They will include mindfulness, coping with loss and the challenge of change. The emotional wellbeing day will run between 12 noon and 8pm at the Civic Centre in St Peter’s Street, St Albans.
