3:20pm Sunday 31st October 2010 in Review and YMCA Central Herts Making Space for Life campaign
By Alex Lewis
THREE local bands and a host of comedians and DJs will provide the entertainment for a concert in Welwyn Garden City, raising funds for the YMCA.
The event at The Doctor's Tonic pub in Church Road on Friday, November 12, will feature Monk-phish, Loudmouth Eddi and Her Paradox, all performing free to help the YMCA's community work.
Organiser Alex Lewis said: "During my time working for the YMCA I have seen the commitment of their work in the community and the difference they have made to local people. This music event will show how diverse the YMCA is and that they reach out to every aspect of the community."
Tickets cost £4 on the door or can be reserved at lexx@red-x.co.uk.
