IF you could not make it to the inaugural St Albans Retailer of the Year gala awards dinner - do not worry.

We will be uploading our video of last night shortly and you will also be able to view a picture gallery of the event, staged at the Alban Arena, on our website.

In tomorrow and next week's editions of the Review, we will also publish more photographs of the evening, including more information on each winner and also the night's sponsors.

Local bands and musicians also graced the stage and they will be featured too.

It was a fantastic evening, and The Review and all who helped to make it happen deserve a huge thank you. St Albans now has its own Oscar ceremony!

Last night was not just for the winning retailers but also for all those who were nominated and the many people who wanted to show their appreciation by making their nominations. Proving that many people still love to shop, enjoy visiting the heart of St Albans, believe this place is still special and want to keep it that way.

Can see all these worthy winners of the individual categories. But has the article about the winner of market trader of the year been missed? I couldn't see it!
