Prestigious opera night in Sarratt raises money for cancer charity

Opera singers join forces at Micklefield Hall, Sarratt this Sunday to perform the best-loved arias from La Traviata and Carmen in aid of Hertfordshire based charity, The Cure Parkinson’s Trust.

Renowned operatic soprano Sally Silver, has brought together international singers Kristy Swift (soprano), Maria Soulis (mezzo-soprano), Dominic Natoli (tenor), and David Kempster (baritone) under the baton of Jeremy Silver, who will conduct an orchestra made up of students from the Purcell School of Music.

Both Sally and Jeremy’s fathers have Parkinson’s and they provided the inspiration for this fundraising concert.
