St Albans City Youth Under-16s Boreal team were crowned West Herts Division Two champions after a 2-2 draw at Berkhamsted Raiders White.

Paolo Ditri scored the first goal for the Boreal and man-of-the-match Ashley Rosson added the second from the penalty spot.

The team then played another league game later in the week which saw them beat Acorn Raiders 2-1 with Paolo Ditri scoring two cracking strikes from outside the box.

The young Saints Disability team clinched the Hertfordshire Disability Championship title at Panshanger FC on Sunday beating Hitchin Town.

The St Albans Premiership team finished as runners up having been pipped at the post by rivals Harvesters. The team also progressed to the semi-final of the Sunday Ryman’s Cup beating Bury Town on the way.

St Albans Under-16s West drew 1-1 at Hemel Hempstead Town after a goal from Yaku Stapleton.

The Under-18s East lost 4-3 to Whetstone Wanderers Tigers in the Spring Cup semi-final despite efforts from Bradley Kelly-Keener, Anthony Gosling and Callum Addison.

St Albans Under-15s South lost 3-0 at home to Enfield.

Ashley Smith's equaliser earned the Under-15s East a 1-1 draw at Chorleywood Red.

The Under-15s North went down 5-1 against Harpenden with Ben Merritt netting their consolation.

A hat-trick from Harvey Trounson fired the Under-14s East to a 3-1 win over Boreham Wood 2000.

In the quarter final of the League Cup, the Under-13s Orient won 3-0 over AEK thanks to goals from Luke Beckworth, Ibrahim Rahman and Michael Gabbalah.

St Albans Under-13s North defeated Panathinaikos 2-1 after efforts by Matthew Breeze and Jack Hughes.

The Under-10s West warmed up for their cup final by thrashing Welwyn Pegasus 7-0. Ed McJannet led the way with four goals while Sam Tillin, Jack Cullen and Charlie Mumford were on target.

In a fun match between the Under-8s East and Bury Rangers there was a goal from Harry Stone.

St Albans Under-14 Girls South lost 9-0 to Watford Hornets.

The Under-10 Girls played a fun match at Boreham Wood and there were goals from Grace Oldman (2), and singles from Jasmine Price and Katie Hamm.
