GK Icon has been launched at Nicholas Breakspear school.
The centre was officially launched to allow goalkeepers within the local area to receive quality coaching sessions. The opening event saw 32 young goalkeepers attend the session with professional goalkeepers David Button and Richard Lee also attending.
Brentford keeper Lee said: "I was personally delighted to see such a healthy turn out at Nicholas Breakspear last Friday, it appeared that everyone enjoyed it and the standard of goalkeeping was truly excellent. It's always fantastic to see young goalkeepers who share such a passion for goalkeeping.
"I've no doubt that with the superb Dean Goodwin coaching, combined with the use of the excellent 3G facility at Nicholas Breakspear and our innovative goalkeeping equipment we'll no doubt help unearth some real talent via this centre."
