Jamal Lowe has joined Hemel Hempstead Town
Jamal Lowe has followed St Albans City striker John Frendo in moving to Hemel Hempstead Town.
Their exits mean joint managers James Gray and Graham Golds will be searching for a replacement to lead their team’s attack next season.
The draw for the Herts FA Charity Cup has handed St Albans City a first round tie away to Ware.
It will be played at Wodson Park on Tuesday, August 4, with kick-off 7.45pm.
The draw is the same as last season when the Saints defeated The Blues 4-1.
