St Albans suffered a two-wicket defeat to Ickleford in Herts Division Two A on Saturday.

Ian McKinlay hit 21 and Adam Hounslow opened with 56.

Sandipan Chanda struck 34 which was exactly the same score as Phil Caley but it was still not enough to avoid defeat.

St Albans will return to action this weekend when they take on Northchurch.
