Robbie Lightowler came second at the recent East of England BAGCAT Regional Swimming Championships.
The City of St Albans swimmer was runner-up overall in the 11-year-old boy's category and also scooped two silver medals and one bronze.
Jack Baron, 13, made the final in the 100m butterfly and Samual Henson, 11, impressed in the 400m freestyle.
City of St Albans Swimming Club (COSTA) had a record number of qualifiers with seven members competing in Norwich.
Twelve-year-old Anne Marie DuPreez collected bronze in the girls 100m breaststroke and Holly Winfield, 13 reached the final of the 100m butterfly.
Katie Lightowler was pipped into fourth in the 1,500m freestyle, while Chloe Beard was best placed in the 100m freestyle.
COSTA train six nights a week to a program set by South African Olympic coach Wayne Riddin.
