Saints kick-off against Havant

Comments (0)St Albans City will face Havant & Waterlooville at Clarence Park on the opening day of the 2008/9 season.
Havant finished seventh in the Blue Square South table last season and will bring former Saints defender Gary Elphick with them for the match at Clarence Park on Saturday, August 9.
City lost 3-1 away at Havant last season but recorded a priceless win over Shaun Gale's side in March.
Following the clash with last season's FA Cup giant-killers, City face successive away games at Worcester and Dorchester.
Steve Castle's men round off the season with a trip to much-fancied AFC Wimbledon.
