Division One pacesetters Welwyn Garden City A consolidated their lead with a 4-2 win at strugglers Bedwell Rangers in the North and Mid Herts League.
Bedwell scored through Anthony Mann and Cassius Delroses but goals from Chris Jones, Emmanuel Adyesaja, Mark Zienkowicz and Luke Sullivan helped seal the points for City.
Probuild Reserves produced a superb comeback to defeat third-placed Global 3-2. A brace from Chris Palmer seemingly put Global in control but efforts from Josh Dance (2) and Joel Mason completed the fightback.
City Hearts kept up the pressure on Welwyn after a 6-3 victory at Kings Sport Reserves. A hat-trick from James Campbell and further goals from Gareth Brown (2) and Adrian Cocks earned the win.
