St Albans Rangers Under-18 Zelos got off to a great start to the new year by beating Pinner JFC 3-2.
Rangers scored within minutes of the second half with hat-trick hero Matt Farmer grabbing his first goal. Pinner fought back each time Rangers took the lead. With the game level at 2-2 and only seconds to go Rangers went all out for the winner with Farmer slotting home a scrappy goal.
The U-18s Dons continued their unbeaten league run by overcoming a very determined Alexandra Palace South 3-0. Good football was difficult on a poor pitch but fine finishes came from Jack Woods (2) and Rob Smith.
The U-14s produced a superb performance as they thrashed Omonia 6-0.
Another hat-trick from the division’s top scorer Jeremy Stace, a brace from Charlie Frost and a great strike from Mattie Solomons sealed the win. Tommy Crewe was man-of-the-match for an impressive display in defence.
Rangers Reds U-10s turned in their best performance of the season beating Cassiobury Rangers Lions 7-1. David Brinkley and Rhys Frost scored two each, with Sam Perlmutter, Tom Scott and man-of-the-match Kieran Wilks scoring one apiece.
A first-half hat-trick by star player Jimmy Donovon helped St Albans Rangers U-9s win 4-3 at Hadley Rangers. In the second half, Daniel Martin made it four for St Albans before Hadley fought back late on.
Harvesters U-9s North moved into the quater finals of the Challenge Cup beating Pinner 2-0. Finley Lafbery and Alex Dibden got the all important goals.
The U-9s South beat Omonia 1-0 after Harvey Young's winner to go through to the next round of the Cup.
Harvesters U-9s West made a good start to 2012 with a 3-1 win at Panathinaikos with goals from Ahmed Berchil, Benny Stacey and Adam Robinson.
The U-10s South started the new year with a well earned 3-1 victory over Omonia Green. Goals came from Chris Rowe, George Ransley and George Davies while the ever dependable defender Zak Bensissi was man-of-the-match.
Harvesters U-11s East lost 6-1 at home to league leaders Berkhamsted Blue. The Harvesters goal came from George Pettengell and Sam Angel was excellent as man-of-the-match.
The U-11s South played extra time in the Cup and went out to virtually the last kick of the game 4-3 to Croxley Guild. The goalscorers were Tejas Mauree (2) and Ben Lloyd with Alex Banathy impressing.
Harvesters U-11s North moved into the last sixteen of the County Cup with a 3-1 win away to Ware Youth thanks to two goals from Christian Boland and one from Louie Roberts.
The U-11 Girls lost 3-2 to Knebworth in a thrilling top-of-the-table clash. Tilly Moss scored both goals for Harvesters with player of the match going to Millie Guest for her superb tackling.
Harvesters U-12s Girls got the new year off to a flying start by crushing Garston Ladies 6-0 to progress to the next round of the County Cup. Olivia Syson netted four times and there was a goal apiece for Maya Yapp and debutant Bolu Fisher.
Goals from Ollie Russell and Joe Vance helped Harvesters U-12s South to a 2-1 victory against AC Finchley.
Harvesters U-13s North beat Whetstone Tigers 3-1 in the league. Micky White scored twice and one from Alex Garvey.
The U-13s South were defeated by Comets White Tigers 4-3 despite efforts by Sean Walsh and two from Euan Wattley.
Despite a goal from George Anderson, Harvesters U-14s South lost out 3-1 to Oakhill Tigers.
A great all-round team display from the U-16 Girls saw them beat Bedwell Rangers 4-2 in the County Cup quarter-final. The goals came from Ellie Bergin (2), Megan Cockhill and Nicola Dark.
Harvesters U-18s South were unfortunate to lose their third round Challenge Cup game to Alexandra Park East going down 5-3 away from home.
