Watford host Sheffield Wednesday on the final day of the Championship season but the match will now kick off at 12.15pm.
It has been announced that all three tiers of the Football League will conclude at different times across the weekend of May 2.
Every Championship match will now begin at 12.15pm with League Two fixtures starting in their traditional 3pm slot.
The final day of the League One season has been pushed back to Sunday, May 3 with matches kicking off at 12.15pm.
The Football League have also confirmed that the ‘vanishing spray’, which was trialled at the 2014 World Cup and now is used in the Premier League and Champions League, will be introduced across the three divisions, the Capital One Cup and the Johnston’s Paint Trophy.
