Watford have confirmed the Sir Elton John Stand will be opened fully for the first time on Boxing Day.
The new structure, which cost the club around £4.4 million to build, was renamed after the club's former chairman by the superstar prior to Saturday's win over Wigan Athletic.
It has been partially used since the beginning of October and the majority of the stand will be complete by Boxing Day.
The club will have catering in place for the match with Wolverhampton Wanderers on December 26, although the final eating arrangements will be finalised in the summer.
The Sir Elton John Stand doesn't currently have a PA system and Watford confirmed that is because they want to fix the current set-up before extending it to the new structure.
