Watford Ladies have strengthened their squad ahead of the new season by signing Dawn Mallett from London Bees.
The 24-year-old attacking midfielder, who can also play in the middle of the park, made 14 appearances for the Bees last season and scored twice against the Golden Girls in Watford's 5-4 Women's Super League 2 victory at The Hive.
"I'm really chuffed to have signed," she told the club's website. "The atmosphere is great, the girls work really hard and it's nice to be amongst a squad that are always working hard and have got that positive work ethic about them.
"There's quality throughout the team here, it's enjoyable instead of watching it and being up against it, to be part of it.
"I'm excited to try and contribute somewhere I can in the team and help them to have a successful season."
Mallett has become Watford's second signing from the Bees this year following the arrival of goalkeeper Cherie Rowlands.
Watford's new campaign gets underway on Sunday, February 1 when they face Brighton & Hove Albion in the FA Women's Cup.
