Sheffield Wednesday want to complete the permanent signing of Watford defender Daniel Pudil this summer.
Pudil spent last season on loan with the Owls as the side were beaten by Hull City in the Championship play-off final.
The left-back made 42 appearances for Carlos Carvalhal’s side and Wednesday are keen to sign him on a permanent basis.
Pudil told the Sheffield Star: “Sheffield Wednesday want to keep me but there is negotiations to be done. It must be arranged by the clubs.
“I am going to concentrate on the national team and wait for the phone to ring, if anything comes. We will see what the situation is over the next few weeks.”
The Czech Republic international is currently preparing for the start of Euro 2016 with their first game against Spain on Monday.
Pudil, who is reportedly keen to return to Sheffield Wednesday, has one year left on his contract at Vicarage Road.
