Danny Drinkwater is facing a three-match ban after the Leicester City and England midfielder admitted a charge of violent conduct against Watford's Valon Behrami.
The FA yesterday gave Drinkwater until 6pm to respond to the charge, but after admitting his guilt he will serve an automatic three-game suspension.
Not spotted by referee Neil Swarbrick during the game, television pictures showed Drinkwater launching an elbow at Valon Behrami mid-way through the second half of the 2-1 Hornets win on Saturday.
The disappointment from the game was added to by the 26-year-old being partly responsible for both of Watford's first-half goals, scored by Etienne Capoue and Roberto Pereyra.
