London Colney drew 2-2 at South Midlands Premier Division leaders Ampthill Town in a friendly at the weekend.
The side decided to arrange the match with the first-team not in action and they came away with a creditable draw after goals from Shaun Murphy and Trevor Stevens.
The Blueboys Reserves were at home to Hadley Reserves in a top of the table clash and London Colney went on to win 6-1.
This extended their unbeaten run in the league with nine wins from their 12 games and they are now third in the table, six points behind leaders Hoddesdon but with four games in hand.
London Colney's goalscorers were Josh Galloway with a hat-trick, a Matt Newman brace and Seb Thomas. James Smithon was voted their man-of-the-match.
London Colney Colts Under-14s returned to winning ways in their first game of 2014 away to Cassiobury Rangers.
With minutes to go in the first half Colts were awarded a free-kick and Alessandro Fardella scored. Danny Diviney scored next for Colts with a great header.
Alessandro Fardella went on to score again and Dylan Rushton notched one more to seal a 4-1 win.
Meanwhile, London Colney Blues won 2-1 at home against Tring Athletic in the West Herts Junior Webster Cup with goals from Eamon Rogers and Connor Bromwich.
