Harpenden Colts Under-11 Eagles reached the County Cup quarter-finals after a 1-0 win over Wormley Youth Reds.
Henry O’Connor scored the only goal of the match to defeat last year’s County Cup winners and set up a last-eight match against Woodside Youth. Man-of-the-match was Dylan Berry for battling for every ball in his centre forward position.
The Under-12 Blacks beat Hertford Town Youth 4-1 in their fourth round. The goalscorers were Monty Maginn, Harry Moore and two from star player Jack Hodgson.
In the league, Harpenden Colts Tornadoes Under-11 beat Watford Youth 3-2.
William Aitchison (2) and Nathan Hottie found the net. A brilliant last minute save by keeper Simeon James ensured all three points came to the Blue League leaders. The Under-10 Lions won 2-0 against St Margaretsbury Hawks. Both goals were scored by Josh Humbles and man-of-the-match was Edward Coleman for fantastic goalkeeping.
The Under-10 Dragons secured a 3-1 over Broxbourne Borough Royals after a Matthew Kurr hat-trick.
Man-of-the-match was Hugo Cumberland.
Harpenden Under-10 Jaguars won, convincingly beating Norsemen 5-1. Oliver Connolly was in superb form, scoring all five. Man-of-the-match was Lewis Greenway.
The Under-10 Panthers edged the local derby beating the Leopards 2-1. Harry Fleming and Gabriel Tinnion netted for Panthers with Theo Clark their star player.
