Harpenden Colts Under-11 Eagles won their County Cup semi-final with a 2-0 win over Harvesters North to clinch a place in the final on May 4.

Owen Brown got on the end of Josh Codling’s free-kick and a cool penalty from Noah Goodhind completed the victory. Man-of-the-match Callum Le’ake impressed with his attacking display.

The squad consisted of Dylan Berry, Christian Borrell, Owen Brown, Toby Clarke, Joshua Codling, Noah Goodhind, Jacob Jones, Daniel Kremer, Callum Le’ake, Paul Maikovsky, James Mason, Henry O’Connor, George Thomas and Charlie Steward.

Harpenden Under-10 Tigers earned a 4-3 home win over Bengeo Tigers Siberians.

Their scorers were Oliver Murat, Alex Moffat, Daniel Bentham and Charlie Culank. The Under-10 Jaguars continued their winning run with a deserved 2-1 victory against Ware Youth Blues. Both goals came from Oliver Connolly with Thomas Martin the pick of their side.

The Under-10 Lions had a hard-fought 1-1 draw with Risden Wood after a goal from Ronnie Andrews. Bobbie London was the pick of their side.

Harpenden Under-10 Leopards reached the semi-finals of the ORC Green Divisional Cup with a 3-2 win on penalties after a 2-2 draw after extra time. Raffy Platt and Stanley Scott were on target during the game while Tom Sarrau was their man-of-the-match.

The Under-11 Tornadoes beat Chipperfield 1-0 after a well-taken goal from star player Finlay Chapman at the far post.

Harpenden Warriors Under-16s beat Potters Bar United 3-1. Ben Hole, Nathan Delguardio and Josh Ferguson netted with Jaydon Gill man-of-the-match.

The Under-17s Albion won 1-0 against Hurst Drive Under-18 in the Mid Herts Rural Minors League Division Two Cup first round. A late penalty by Sam Ivens sealed the victory with Nick Start singled out for praise in his defensive midfield role.

The Under-17s Rovers won 5-4 on penalties after a 3-3 draw with Hatfield Social Under-18s in the League Cup quarter-final. Josh King (2) and James McCulloch scored while Tom Marino was their man-of-the-match.
