St Albans Seconds suffered a two-wicket defeat to Hitchin Seconds in Herts Division Four.
The Saints were dismissed for 195 in 49.2 overs. Hitchin reached the target for the loss of eight wickets in 48.4 overs.
St Albans Thirds were thrashed by eight wickets against Holtwhites Trinibis Seconds in Division Seven.
The Saints managed to score 181 all out but this proved too few as Holtwhites chased down the total for the loss of just two wickets.
St Albans Fourths got off the mark in Division 11 West after a four-wicket win over Northwood Town Thirds.
Town were bowled out for just 106 in 35.5 overs. St Albans had few problems reaching the target inside 27 overs with four wickets in hand.
St Albans Firsts’ match against Ampthill Town was cancelled. Their next game is at home to Broxbourne on Saturday.
