Harpenden Town progressed to a second cup semi-final of the season on Saturday after a confident 3-0 victory over Old Parmiterians at Rothamsted Park in the Herts Centenary Trophy.
The hosts opened the scoring after 58 minutes when Charlie Gould picked up the ball on the edge of the box and passed to unmarked striker Harry Hunt who placed the ball in the corner of the net for 1-0.
The second goal came five minutes later when a cross was fired in low to Gould on the penalty spot who spun and fired home.
Harpenden sealed the victory late on when substitute Alex Yarwood attacked down the right and struck a shot into the net.
Manager Danny Plumb said: "Our first-half performance was poor but the conditions were not easy.
"It is good to have Charlie Gould back from injury and playing well and I am delighted to get through to the semi."
