Colney Heath Ladies conquered Hoddesdon Ladies with arguable the best team performance of the season.
The League Cup match got off to a bright start and the side opened the scoring when Annie Hickey volleyed home the opener.
It was 2-0 when a free-kick by Sammy May enabled Lucy Hancock to head home.
The third goal arrived just before the break when Sophie Joseph found the net.
Colney Heath will travel to Royston on March 13 in the next round of the League Cup.
