Tigers Shotokan Karate Club won four bronze medals at the British International Karate Open in Crawley.
In the team Kata event, the boys group, comprised of Jamie Lowenthal, Joseph Allen and Ben Pragg, came third earning all three youngsters a bronze medal.
The club, which are based in St Albans and Borehamwood, also had Emily Roe and Jenny Miller competing in the girls sparring event with Roe completing the bronze medal collection.
Tigers’ Chief Instructor Vando De-Bellis said: “We are very proud of their achievement.
“The competition was tough and they have shown great commitment and stamina in training and deserve this recognition. They are great ambassadors for the Association.”
