Harpenden Colts Under-11 Hawks were edged out in a 4-3 defeat to St Albans City in the Emerald Division.
Bobbie London netted a brace while Oliver Connolly also found the net in the seven-goal thriller. Ed Burns was named man-of-the-match.
The Under-11 Jets were held to a 2-2 draw with Clodan Youth Gold after efforts from Sam King and Alex Moffatt. Matthew Kurr was the pick of their side.
Harpenden Under-11 Hurricanes lost 3-2 to Elite Feet. Man-of-the-match Max Davis and Eddie Gray were on target in the defeat.
The Under-11 Spartans drew 4-4 with Hertford Town Stags.
Man-of-the-match Thomas Bracey (2), Lewis Greenway and Ben Thomas found the net in a draw.
Harpenden Under-11 Cobras lost 5-2 to Elite Fleet despite goals from Harry Fleming and Charlie Ashard. Urian Hammond impressed for the Colts.
The Under-11 Rockets lost 3-1 to King George Vipers. Jamie Kelsey scored the consolation for Harpenden.
The Under-12 Tornadoes held on for a 3-2 win over St Albans City Youth Central. Charlie Steward, George Thomas and Patrick Bissett scored before a late fightback from St Albans. Nathan Hotti was the man-of-the-match for the victors.
Harpenden Under-11 Eagles continued their excellent start to the season with a 3-0 win over Chorleywood.
Wasi Naqvi (2) and Toby Clark grabbed the goals with the latter the pick of the team for his midfield display.
