Nathan and Laura Wake both won gold at the South of England Under-20 Championships last weekend.
The Herts Phoenix pair enjoyed the double success at Woodside in Watford. Nathan ran a superb 400m race to win in a time of 47.6sec. His older sister Laura also triumphed in the 400m winning in 55.15.
In other action, Peta Lundgren claimed a personal best in the javelin in 45.64 to take the title.
Stephanie Gaynor won the 110m hurdles in 14.07 and Claire Humphries, who earned a PB with 14.57 in the qualifiers, finished third in the final.
