West Ham boss Alan Curbishley is reportedly weighing up a bid for Spurs striker Darren Bent.
Having sold Bobby Zamora to Fulham, Curbishley is ready bolster his forward line by signing Bent who is available for £10 million.
However the move will depend on whether or not Robbie Keane and Dimitar Berbatov move to Liverpool and Manchester United respectively.
Darren Bent enjoyed his best years under Curbishley at Charlton, but is known to be keen to turn his Tottenham fortunes around by enjoying a good season and ridding himself of the £16m flop tag.
